I am Josh Walker, a Certified Personal Trainer with ISSA.
I grew up with a passion for fitness, sports, and motivational coaching. I am a Fitness Coach at Anytime Fitness in Ashland, VA and I am currently continuing my education in fitness towards specializations including: Body Building, Strength and Conditioning, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and Nutrition.
I love to cook and find healthier alternatives to traditional recipes.
I believe fitness is an art and a lifestyle that allows us to take true ownership of our bodies and our minds.
After obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree from Randolph Macon College in Criminology, I began my own personal fitness journey and learned that my true passion was in fitness and my purpose is to support you in your journey as well!
